Business Development and Marketing Manager (M/F)                                                                                 
Context and Main Responsibilities
• Plan, monitor and evaluate Company business and marketing strategy, as well as the budget, in order to promote company and its products / services, increase market share, reputation and client loyalty, according to the overall business objectives.
• Review market potential from a global and integrated point of view, identifying bet sectors.
• Create plans to business development increase and implement processes to support the growth, developing proposals together with technical areas and acting to achieve profitable commercial contracts.
• Work closely with partners and establish alliances for business growth and new markets and targets conquest.
• Manage the relationship between company and new and assigned accounts or personally guarantee negotiations with certain key clients.
• Define and implement marketing and communications plan, ensuring products and services acceptance and company's market credibility.

·         More than 10 years experience in the area
·         Experience in IT industry is preferred condition
Academic, Technical and Market Profile
·         Preferably degree in areas related to the function
·         Preferably additional training in function scope related areas

·         Business, results and client oriented
·         Organization, planning and control abilities
·         Strong autonomy and proactivity
·         Innovation and creativity in problem response and solution
·         Accountability, ability to work in a team
·         Strong communication skills, verbal and written
